Production
IPtfe, an acronym for polytetrafluoroethylene, is a versatile polymer well known for its unique properties, including high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and low thermal expansion, it is also resistant to chemical attack, flame retardant and non-stick. These characteristics make it widely used in industry for multiple applications. Its processing requires specific skills and advanced technology to achieve high quality results. ITAflon, a globally active Italian company involved in the production and sale of virgin Ptfe, filled Ptfe, Ptfe micropowders and fluorinated engineering plastics, offers a wide range of services for Ptfe processing, guaranteeing high quality products, precision and customised solutions to meet customer needs. The new headquarters
The opening of the new production siteis imminent and will be strongly oriented towards reducing consumption through a precise strategy that will address the management of energy resources, the implementation of a solvent recovery system, as well as comprehensive climate control measures in all facilitiesture. Our company ‘s commitment to sustainable initiatives will lead to a significant reduction in the environmental impact of production. Particular attention will be paid to the well-being of employees ; the offices will be made of hypoallergenic and environmentally friendly materials. Thecompany will double its annual production capacity and introduce numerous innovations: a new micronising line, the installation of solar panels to increase sustainability and state-of-the-art climate control systems to ensure optimal material conditions . “What makes us unique is our ‘tailor-made’ service: a philosophy based on innovation, attention to detail, the pursuit of quality and the utmost respect for the environment.
